Blue Talent Day takes place on March 13th, the second day of the Belgian Offshore Days. This initiative is a collaboration of POM West-Vlaanderen with Belgian Offshore Cluster, The Reef, and Economisch Huis Oostende. During Blue Talent Day, students and job seekers will discover the job opportunities and internships the participating companies have to offer. Educational institutions will present their specific training programs leading to jobs in the blue economy sector. The focus will be on short-term training courses for employees and students.

- Training for Blue Talent: Presentation of specific training courses in the sector
- Masterclass on digital twin technology

- Inspiration session on AI for the ORE (Offshore Renewable Energy) industry

- Howest: Cybersecurity
